I recently purchased another shade from the Kat Von D's everlasting liquid lipstick line for Hallween purpose from Sephora. This is Witches, and it's a pitch black liquid to matte liquid lipstick. It retails for $20, and it's not as opaque as I would like it to be. It can be built up to a pitch black opaque finish, but normally I don't have to do that with any of her other liquid lipsticks. I was hoping for one swipe full pigmentation opaque color payoff, but this is quite thin formulated liquid lipstick compare to something like Stila. I had to return it, and I might try either LA Splash or Makeupmonsters' black liquid lipsticks instead. I do like KVD's liquid lipsticks though, but just not so much for this particular one.

I picked up KVD's newer shade, Chula, from her studded kiss lipstick line at Sephora. This retails for $21, and it's a matte lipstick. It's not one of those comfortable type of matte lipsticks, which I already reviewed in my other KVD mi vida loca lipstick holiday set post. I personally think these dryer kind last longer on my lips. I got this shade because it's a really nice warm clay type of color that's great for the Fall. I've been loving Dunkin Donuts' pumpkin macchiato, so maybe this shade reminded me of that? Who knows, but I love it. It does tug on the skin when applying, and it has a cookie and cream type of scent which I'm not so fond of, but it's not to the point that I'm choking on the scent while wearing it. All I know is that I'm loving these type of warm terra cotta/clay colors this Fall.

Kat Von D released this mini everlasting liquid lipsticks duo set at Sephora. I was curious to try the Lolita II that is limited to this set only. After trying it out, I really hope she can release this Lolita II shade as a permanent full size product. I love it so much more than the now Lolita I. I still have the original Lolita I in full size, and the color is so much prettier than the now Lolita I. This set is $19 right now, and I am praying for her to make Lolita II a permanent shade in her everlasting liquid lipstick line.

When swatched side by side, Lolita I is much darker and has more pinky brown tone. Whereas Lolita II is a warmer peachy terra-cotta shade that is flattering on everyone, and perfect for the Fall. So if she's going to make this permanent, she better make it happen NOW!

Below is a comparison of the original Lolita I on the far right side. Lolita II is the middle shade here. The original Lolita I is much more pink and softer than the new Lolita I which is almost purplish and grey.
I'm really not a fan of the newer Lolita I because it's so much more dull compared to the old original color. However, I love Lolita II, but my tube's stopper doesn't work, and I got tons of excessive product gushing out of the tube that I had to return this set. Like I said, I'm just going to wait until she release Lolita II as a permanent shade so I can get a full sized one.
Update: I purchased the full sized Lolita II as soon as it's released on Sephora.com. It's so pretty, and I realized the formula is not as long wearing as it used to be. Not sure what happened, but I still love the shade and how comfortable it's on the lips.
